Super sweet sixteen ??? HELP! :)?

errmm...please help with a theme for my sweet sixteen....i've been thinking but sadly havent thought of a theme :( (it can be anything....the more outrageous the better)

how much would it cost to hire someone like dizzee rascal, scouting for girls, ect (to the uk) ...and how would i hire them?

would a good entrance be a helicopter? (do you no anything better?)

entortainment??? anything? ....i've thought of dancing (because i'm a dancer), band, catwalk ......what do you think??

.....websites for dresses ect??

anything else you want to add please do :) because i want it to be amazing lol
