Wladimir is hot-n-cold.  On an off night, he struggles with Chagaev and wins a decision.   IF he's "On Game"  he should finish Chagaev before 9.  Wladimir, like most Goliaths, doesn't have good stamina.

I would root for Peter all the way.  I'd like to rid the division of that over-sized monster.  However, it would take someone with special skills to do it.  Peter lacks discipline.  He loses a decision.

Vitali and Oleg Maskaev are both shop-worn.  Vitali labors to a lack luster decision.  He's no longer serious about boxing so Maskaev could catch him on an off night.
