Everyone's heard the quote:

"Faster than a speeding bullet! More powerful than a locomotive! Able to leap tall buildings in a single bound! Look! Up in the sky! It's a bird! It's a plane! It's Superman!".

I want to use "Look! Up in the sky! It's a bird! It's a plane! It's Superman!" in an essay I'm writing, but I don't know how to cite it. Can someone help me cite it please?

  1. say i want to be like superman people to say "Look! Up in the sky! It's a bird! It's a plane! It's Superman!" haha  =]

  2. Guess that depends on the style of writing you are being held accountable for. MLA? APA? Chicago?

You can check out MLA citations through their site, http://www.mla.org/homepage. Or APA citations at http://apa.org/. Im not sure of the site for the Chicago style of writing.

But just to give you an example, you can check out how APA suggests it here: http://www.scribd.com/doc/191222/APA-ref... Just be sure to go to page 10 on the pdf document.

You can also check out some of the links on this google search: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=cit...

Good luck! And I hope you do well on your paper!
