hey there do u all know there is a black holes in every galaxy and as u know our galaxy is milky way but there is another galaxy next to ours i.e the andromata galaxy .. and most problematic thing is that the andromata galaxy is moving at a violent speed towards our galaxy ....at a speed of 250miles /hr.

so the point to note is when the two galaxy collides in 3 billion years there will be ending of milky way as there ll be a super massive black holes produced and this will eat up our planet and entire our solar system ... so what shold be the protective measures should be taken for our future generation..........

  1. hey... with stuffs lyk global warming comin up, scientists predict  dat till the nxt 30 million yrs earth wont be a vry gud planet to live on... so, ur neways gonna die, dude.... the best we can do is try 2 control globl warmin, pollution etc....  i'd give u a 3 billion bucks if u rilly du dat....

  2. what about forming an alliance and searching for a remedy

  3. It is very unlikely that the black hole will cause problems for us. See this article for the results of detailed calculations:

    http://arxiv.org/abs/0705.1170

  4. Think about tomorrow there are many scientists who are working on it, we dont work in NASA to answer this question...

  5. first of all its not andromata its andromeda and according to big bang our universe is expanding and also all the galaxies are moving apart ie red shift still it happens to collide means we have to wait and watch

  6. first off, our solar system will not be eaten up or anything like that, the odds of that happening are astronoical. second, the two black holes will simply merge into one bigger one, or somethin like that.

  7. 3 billion years is a bit too far off for me to worry about.  Stars are so far apart that we probably wouldn't even notice when our galaxies collide.  There will be few stars that collide.  I would worry a bit more about what the two super massive black holes might do if they crash but I don't expect to be around.

  8. Till now i have heard that black holes are created when a massive star is about to die. There are many collisions daily but they do not create blackholes everyday. For more reference on black holes visit www.hawking.org.uk
