Supernatural, Season Three. The truck driver in "Long Distance Call"?

In episode 3:14 of Supernatural, "Long Distance Call", the truck driver that almost runs over Lanie's little brother is driving me crazy. You only get to see him for a split second, but to me he looks like Alex O'Loughlin from Moonlight. I can't tell if it is or not; Can someone please, please help me? It's bugging the c**p out of me. WHO IS HE?!? -cough- Sorry. . . So, yeahhh, please?

I can tell you with 99.9% certainty that the actor playing the truck driver in that episode wasn't Alex O'Loughlin - I'm big Supernatural and Moonlight fan too but although it did look like it could be him, it wasn't Alex  unfortunately.

The actor who played the truck driver didn't even get a mention in the credits for that episode.  You can see the rest of the cast list here:
