Supernatural stories?

Everyone,at least i think so,have had one supernatural experience in their lives...do you have one?

Yes. Three come to mind and all three happened at a graveyard near my grandmothers house. As a kid I would go to visit her along with family. She was interesting but after awhile I would want to go outside. Sometimes I would wander down to the local graveyard. She lived in Georgia and the graveyard, though still in use dated back to about 100 years before the civil war so I found it fascinating to check out the old tombstones. On one such occasion I was in the cemetery and sat down on a rather low set tomb...similar to this one but in better shape.

suddenly I heard a FIRM steady knock, knock, knock from under my rear end. My first thought. "Oh, wow. I wonder if this dude was buried recently and oops, they screwed up. He ain't dead! He hears me out here and is wanting my help to get out." I checked the date of death. He had been their over 100 years. I was spooked & went back to grandma's.

The next one, I was looking in the newer section of the cemetery and saw one tombstone that said "Born x*x xx xxxx Murdered x*x xx xxxx" That was so off the wall strange I ran back to tell mom. She came to check it out. When we got back the entire tombstone was gone. dozens of times of re-checking the area and it NEVER reappeared. Restless spirit upset at being murdered? Story 3, I had finally got my uninterested died in the wool hard core sceptic brother to come with. He found buried back in some bushes a tombstone that gave a name and said "confederate soldier, beloved father, husband" I know, I saw it myself. My brother (married at the time) got exited and wanted to show his wife. He left me there near it and went to get her. When they returned and went into the bushes that had grown around this lone, off by itself tombstone the tombstone was unexplainably gone. We never saw it again.

I have a lot. I used to live in a haunted house actually. I mostly saw shadows that seemed out of place. Once, when I was around six, we found a rocking chair in the basement. My unlce painted it for me. It was relatively small, so I placed a doll in it and put it in my room. One night, the chair began rocking on it's own. My window wasn't open, and the house wasn't very drafty. The doll I had placed on there fell out. Let's just say, I never wanted to sleep in that room again. My grandma and mother were sitting in the living room once, and the candle that was placed atop the fireplace mantel flew off. A lot of creepy stuff happened in that house. I still have supernatural experiences, even though I moved. Two years ago, I left my door open when I went to sleep. I don't have air conditioning or heating in my room, so when it's hot out, it's hot in my room, and when it's cold, it's cold in my room. So, I have to leave my door open to let the air or heat in. Well, that night I stayed up watching T.V. I kept on looking out my door, because it was really dark. About the fifth time I turned to look, I saw a shadow walking across the hall to the bathroom. Normally, I would think it was my mother's boyfriend, but he has heavy footsteps and the house has squeeky floorboard. I would have heard it if it were him. And the shadow wasn't in his shape. I kept on looking to see if it would walk out of the bathroom, but it never did. I stopped leaving my door open after that experience.

A few days ago i had a dream of the Angel of Death (no, i have no idea what this is but that's what he told me) I looked at him in aw with the wings on his back fluttering as he spoke yet he did not move his lips.  Next to me was sitting a person who at the time i didnt know who was until later. But after 7 days, i come to learn that my neighbor had suddenly became ill (she was only 45) and passed away(this was the person sitting at my side). Although i was not a close friend I felt horrible, this happens to often for me and isn't a happy feeling. Something else happened when i went to the funeral home and the good thing was other people were around to witness  this and now truly believe that these things that occur in my presence are for real. i would like someone to tell me what this is i have dealt with this for many years but now things are more clear and concise.

at my elementary school theres been numerous ghosts

2nd grade:ghost 21.she wrote her name in a black marker every where around the school.i never had an incident with her though.

3rd grade:Sara.she had her name written in blood in the girl's bathroom.once there were these red beans around the playground.next hour they were gone.once she ripped of little bit of this girl skin.my friend told me once in the bathroom (it was empty)she heard a man's voice.

4rth grade:theres these 3 ghosts.theres a purple one,red one and blue one.the red and blue ones are evil.the purple one is

nice.i met them all.plus once the doors started opening and closing even though no one was there.

1rst grade:once a ghost stole my gloves on the bus.

one out of school experience:my sis,dad, and i had went to our dry cleaners to get something at night(we own the cleaners)i turned around when i heard a noise.some one was screaming.i saw a shadow of a man with a hat,trench coat and a knife.no one was outside.i ran into the cleaners scared to death.

I can't explain it but When I was younger I woke up to a strange light.  It was not bright and it had little black snake like things moving around in it.  I decided I didn't have to go to the bathroom so bad.  It was right in my face too.

I went to the Stanley hotel (where stephen king wrote and got his inspiration for "the shining").. anyways, i went there for a 'ghost hunting retreat' and.. i was in the music room in the basement, and there were 3 other girls with me, and while one girl opened a door to some sort of underground storage room, she asked "is anyone here with us" and RIGHT behind me, both my friend and i heard a mans voice say "IM.. RIGHT.. HERE...." and then not too long after that we went up to the main floor and i was sitting on the stage looking out, and the PA system turned on, and i wasnt too amazed by that but everyone else said it was impossible because it was broadcasting a radio show, and supposedly it only can pick up a radius of like 50 feet because we were so high up in the mountains, and also, it was supposed to be only connected to the microphones. anyways.. while everyone was paying attention to that, i was watching the people in the balcony. The whole time there were 2 people sitting there and suddenly there was one person standing in the middle. (it was dark, but i could see the figure so clearly) and i watched it stand there and it walked over to the right side of the balcony and i knew something odd was up, so i asked "how many people are in the balcony right now?" and they answered "two" and i clearly could see 3. so i looked down to get my camera ready for half a second and when i looked up the 3rd person was gone. The lady next to me then said.. "i saw it too"..

i have a ton more stories but.. this was my first 'real' experience.

my short story:

I was sitting in my room at the computer, listening to music, when the light turned off and I saw a huge blue light in the middle of the room. I tried to ignore it, cause I tried to keep cool and act like nuthin happened. But I couldn´t. Then I went outside to see if there have been any thunderstorms, but there has never been anything. That was kind of scary.

my mums stories:

once my mum was sitting in the kitchen with my aunt when they noticed that a glass on the table started to move.

Another time when my mum was at a friends house they saw how the icecubes in the freezer started to fly.

I know her stories are stranger than my lil story, but to say one more thing: my dad passed away a couple of years ago and I had the feeling that he was really close to me.
