Supernet 2160T PVR

About 2 years ago I purchased a Supernet 2160T PVR from WOW Sight & Sound.
The OS is Digenius 3.41 (a company based in Germany)
There were some minor problems with this machine so I eventually decided to upgrade the firmware so I downloaded and installed the "latest firmware" from Digenius. This so called upgrade was in fact 12 months older than the original firmware on the device and the machine stopped working in PVR mode. Eventually I even lost the tuners after installing the Channel List from Digenius.
My request for assistance from Digenius has so far fallen on deaf ears.
Any help in getting my box up and running again would be greatly appreciated.
