Superstar Tina ready to glitter in the Sheward Stakes at Peterborough
Ready to shine for a straight third time is the three-year-old, Superstar Tina. She is highly likely to bag the £98 prize money offered to the winner of the Grade A1 The Sheward Stakes at Peterborough over 420 metres on Wednesday, 11th July. Completing
the rest of the line-up are Confident Martin, Southoe Major, Waspinajar and Chicago Prince.
Kinloch Brae’s three-year-old black b***h slipped into the new season on 5th January, 2012 in the Coral Maiden 475 at Hove over 475 metres. The favourite of the race, French Blue won it in 28.05 seconds.
Superstar Tina ended sixth, finishing last.
The first success of the R. Senior trained was in the Grade A1 420 metres flat on 25th February at Peterborough. On the track of 420 metres, the three-year-old led halfway through and timed the track distance in 25.42 seconds.
Nova Jess settled as the runner-up right after leaping through the 4 ¼ lengths difference and took 25.76 seconds to rest the race.
Coming at terms with the third position was, Steeple Rd Enda.
On 10th March, the three-year-old out of b***h, Emmerdale Megs, won the Grade A1 420 metres flat at Peterborough. She was quick to race away from the racing cluster and once she did part ways, the three-year-old led for the remaining distance
and landed the race in 25.55 seconds.
Leading from the fourth position on 29th June, 2012 in the Grade A1 420 metres flat at Peterborough and settling the track distance in 25.74 seconds was, Superstar Tina.
Missing the race due to a head’s margin was, Surrey Boy who timed the track distance in 25.75 seconds. Reserving the third slot behind the winner was, Coolboy Running.
Till yet her final success of the season was in the Grade A1 420 metres flat at Peterborough on 7th July. After leaping from the second gate, the only thing that the three-year-old did was to lead the track and make it to the other end of the
wire in 25.44 seconds while leading by the margin of 2 ¾ lengths.
Qualifying as the runner-up was, Milliesupreme.
