My daughter is almost 4 years old and her father hasnt seen her in over a year and before that he seen her very rarely. In the past 2 years I have encountered so many hurtful and stressful things from him and his girlfriend. My fiances car got keyed saying F*ck you real big in the side, I have been jumped by 2 of his girlfriends friends, My daughter has been mentally abused by his girlfriend. I have had cps called on me for no reason, cops called on me saying i was neglecting my children(I am with them pretty much 24/7) our car and house has been threatened to be blown up and even more. On her birthday in march we waited at the park in the freezing cold for him to come get her and he never came and got her we waited 2 hours. Now all of a sudden he wants to go for visitation. I think its a horrible idea and i think he is a threat to our daughter. Is their ANYTHING I can do about him signing rights over to me restraining order against his girlfriend from my daughter or even how to go about supervised visitations?? I need legal opinions not guesses please. I dont know what else to do. he is getting a lawyer and I cant afford one.

  1. if he is so abusive, write down all the stuff he has inflicted on u and save all the notes they leave, record ur phone messages, then bring them to court( save up)

  2. Baby girl get all that down in a police report. Seriously. Get it all on paper. Go to your solicitor and get a restraining order and let them know you fear for your life. Go solicitor. His visitation will most likely be denied because there going to want to know where the h**l his been the past 2 years and why ain't he paid up maintanence. Go solicitor. If his name isn't on the birth certificate and his not been present for two years In some areas you can get a court order for him to sign his rights over. Thats what my sister did with her baby daddy.
