Question:

Supervisor Password Tosh 2410

I bought this Tosh second hand. It starts up without needing to enter a password but when trying to access supervisor or user passwords it requires one. Also if started up with ESC key held it requests pw to enter bios setup. Can you advise how to unlock it?
