Supplement for mare with anxiety problems?

Thinking of putting my Arabian mare on a supplement for her anxiety. She is skittish, herdbound and (when she was ridden, been over a year) I was told she would shy out from under the rider.

Has anyone had good/bad experience with supplements for mares? Can you recommend one?

Vita calm is a good product.

The other is regumate but you need a prescription for that one.

try "RELAXHER" i use it on my mare and it works really good. it is all natural herbs and can only be used on mares. i used it on my gelding too and it didn't eve phase him a bit. but it really works on my mare, she is totally calm and she hardly has any of her mare days.

I don't have first hand experience with this problem, but I do have a suggestion.  Call the folks at Smart Pak Equine. Tell them your mare's problem.  They will recommend a supplement for you. I use their products and find they are very knowledgable. They do have an in house vet to help answer questions.
