Supplements for IBS?

Can anyone tell me what are the good supplements (herbal) for ibs - constipation?

i am already taking probiotics...but what is the best brand overall?

also, what works for extreme bloating? (im taking charcoal tablets but is there anything better?)

what else would help?

are you doing better?

i took citrucel when they said i had ibs - helped a lot. i took the regular caplets, and avoided the nonsugar/aspartame powder.
