Supplements for muscle gain????

I've started to lift weights again after a little less than 2 years off. I'm 6', 155 lbs, slim/slender, and devilishly handsome. Anyways (lol), I was wondering which supplements I should take for maximum lean muscle building. I was planning on taking Whey protein, Nutrex Vitargo CGL creatine, and BNS NO Xplode....Are these brands good and good for muscle gain?? Thanks a million!!

  1. whey protein is your best bet.  creatine just makes you feel bloated, makes ur muscle cells retain water so you look bigger.  noxplode is mainly used in the pre workout for energy.  look into whey protein


  2. It depends on what kind of muscle mass you want. Do you want to gain muscle or want to gain muscle and be strong? Well NO Xplode is a creatine which fills up your muscles with water. I'm 5' 10" and I weigh about 190lbs. The best way to gain weight for me is to take NO2 which opens your blood vessels and allows more blood flow to your muscles and help repair them alot faster. This is called a Hemodialator. Then i will drink Whey Protein made my Muscle-Tech. Eating protein bars during the day will help your body take in protein during the day. Another thing that you have to remember is the more weight you gain the more protein you will need to intake because your muscles need it for energy. Since you are slim just lift heavy and never lift alone and you will do alright. Im a weightlifter as well and doin this I have gained about 20 lbs in 2 months but i worked hard on it and I was in the gym for about 3 hours everday and rested on sunday but working on certain muscles each day.
