Want to know the supplements for the regular indian dinner for weight reduction. My height is 5 ft & i am 62 kgs

  3. Use less oil or no oil at all to prepare your food. Simply boil dal and add chopped onion, tomato & coriander. Use good quality non-stick pan to make vegetables with one tea spoon oil or can even eat steamed veg's. Don't use oil on ur roti and ban parathas, pooris from ur diet. Avoid sugary stuff. Use skimmed milk instead of whole milk.
