Supplements that will help decrease your s*x drive???

Does anyone know any supplements that will help DECREASE your s*x drive? I searched online and can only find stuff to increase it. But I need to tone it down so I am looking for the opposite. Can anyone help me?

  2. Not supplements, but certain foods may help.

    Something in Lettuce helps decrease s*x drive. But my friend who does not like lettuce told me that cheese works better for her (cause she can eat more of that than lettuce--it's sad, I know). My other friend, having heard of these two items, has been making chettuce to calm down the horny, and it works.

    Also, being active (and not bored), and being active (and not sedentary) have the same libido decreasing effect.

    someone claimed that homeopathy would help

    The explanations behind homeopathic "remedies" are always amusing but it would fun to hear which one cures a high s*x drive, and why.

  7. There is only one way to really decrease s*x Drive. I assume you want to 'decrease' s*x drive due to Religious reasons? and that you may not be married?

    Anyhow, whatever be the case, Fasting diminishes your sexual energy. The fast, peferably should last more than 3 days, and it should diminish your sexual energy during and for a while afterwards.

  8. junk food will make you sluggish,therefore not too keen in the bedroom department.

    But I wouldn't recommend it for your general health!

    Work hard,fill your spare time with outdoor activities,exercise............

    Also,meditation and spiritual practices (yoga/hindu chanting,pranayama) will decrease your libido. Worth a try!
