  1. I just graduated high school and what I would recommend is that you get pencils, paper, at least two binders, and some dividers for the binders.  Usually on the first day of school they will let you know what els you will need for all your classes.  That will usually do until you can get the rest of the stuff that the teachers say you will need for your classes.  Good luck with starting school.

  2. Depends on what kinda classes you are taking. If your school allows it i suggest getting a nice laptop. It makes taking notes soooooooooo much easier. Oh yeah and you need to take alot of notes. And DO NOT throw any of your work away throught the year. Keep it in a big accordian file. You will need your notes and assignments to look back on and study when Mid-terms and finals come around. I say buy alot of notebooks. (two for each class). A few mechanical pencils (i recomend the sumo-grip pencils.) And buy at least two blue pens, two black pens, and a red pen. All your pens should be ballpoint. But two highlighters. (two different colors). A pencil case. Extra led for your pencils. Buy a flashdrive. (jumpdrive, zipdrive, whatever you call it.) Once again if you can use a computer at school, it will be helpful when you need to transport files from school to home. Buy at least one binder for each class. Along with some dividers and folders. I didnt really use a ruler at all in my freshman year, but buy one just in case. I didnt use crayons, colored pencils, or markers that much either. Usually your teachers will have those. Its really really really important to stay ORGANIZED. Its easy to loose last nights homework. And keep all your notes. At least shove them in the back of your locker. But trust me you will need them later. Oh yeah and buy a calculater. one of the really expensive texas instruments. Yeah they are expensive ($100 or more) but it will really help you out in math class, and for the rest of your highschool carrer.  TRUST ME YO WILL USE IT ALOT!!

  6. a notebook for every class

    a folder for every class

    pens

    pencils

    highlighters

    colored pencils

a binder (if you plan on using one, i don't use one.)

binders are very annoying because then you have to haul stuff home you don't need and it's just a pain. i don't like them, but if that's something you go for, then you could add that to your list too.

  7. pens

    pencils

    paper

  8. at first, you should by the basic stuff. When you get to highschool, teachers are gonna tell you to get a certain sized binders and all that.

So for now, just get paper, pens (blue, black, red), loose leaf paper, and other stuff that people answered on here.
