Question:

Supply cable to the trimmer

supply cable to the trimmer seems to have a loose connection, but i cant remove the cover to repair it. The cover only has one s***w to undo but cover does not seem to come off. was wondering if anyone has encountered this problem before. Many thanks for your help.
