Support for food binge?

Are there any alternative remedies to support me resist my poor eating habits.

I eat too much and make unhealthy choices (fat, sweet, processed foods)

  1. i saw on tv. a hypnist who hypnitises people to eat right. or eat less. just go online and research it. or go to a natural food store. they have all kinds of all-natural medications. im sure they have some kind of "diet" meds.


  2. Lifestyle changes are the best way, you may benefit from naturopathy, or chinese medicine.  If its deep seated stuff then maybe counselling or similar stuff will help.  I personally like homeopathy as my first choice.

    Every one is different and different therapies and individual practitioners may suit one person but not another.

    It helps if you can get a recommendation from someone with experience - whose life/problem/illness has actually improved since using their chosen therapy.

  3. do you like reading Anne Lamott? She's funny and irreverent. In Traveling Mercies she has a good way that she describes approaching food and overcoming binges. Also find your favorite healthy foods and slowly start replacing the worst offenders that you eat.
