Supporting a cause?

I was reading in my 17 magazine about making your summer count and it has some things about what famous people do like feed the hungry, support education, stop aids, rescue animals, and help children. Well I would like to support a cause too I just don't know what. Can someone give me some ideas to help start me off please?

You could support the unimaginative. There are many people who are unable to think for themselves - you could be a mentor.
