    There was grreat need to give full particulars while posting such in order to get the correct and immediate response.

    The rate of Registration Charges differs from state to state. Delhi, U.P., Punjab etc. have the different rates.  Again if the property is to be owned by a female then this rate will come down.

    Again circle rate also differs from circle to circle and from city to city.

    So in absence of complete details chances of getting the correct answer is very very remote.

  3. anywhere between 3 to 5 lakhs, depends on state where property is.

  4. About more than Rs. 1 lac for stamp duty and about Rs. 30,000/- for registration + some fee to the tout.
