Suppose detroit wins monday, where/when will first stanley cup playoff game take place ?

its already been confirmed by the NHL 1st game for the finals will be played on Saturday May 24

pittsburgh at detroit

dallas at pittsburgh

i think detroit has home ice advantage right? that's why they started selling all those sc finals tickets early.

i don't know a specific date. i usually wait to see it on nhl.com, before i'm sure, but cbc said get ready for the finals to start this weekend after the pens game ended, meaning thursday/friday/saturday?

If the red wings win it will start on saturday may 24 if there is a game seven then it will start on tuesday may 27th.  I assume at around 8:00 p.m.

As of now the original schedule is to take place. Their will be no moving games for sweeps or series ending early or what not. The original schedule had them starting on Memorial Day weekend.
