  1. If they have your fingerprints on file, you may be found out.

  2. Yes, you've engaged in immigration fraud.  You are inadmissible to the United States for the rest of your life.

  3. no you should lie

  4. If fall in the category that are inadmissable to the United States immigration benefit, then yes they will associate your previous case with your fingerprints and it will popup. There are some chances that the consular simply dismisses your case but don't put you inadmissable state - in this case, previous fingers were used only for FBI checkup and will be used again. No matter which country your case were processed, they use the same centralized database.

  5. Yes they will.

The US is so paranoid at the moment they check absolutely everything about everybody trying to go into the US.

British citizens who don't even need a visa who have gone to the US for a family holiday have found themselves handcuffed and chained, forbidden entry and sent back to Britain for having an unpaid bill in a 3rd country.

  6. Yes, of course they will realize it. Why do you think we've spent so much time and money on computers and information systems? If you are refused in Argentina and reapply in Sweden, they will know it. all the computers are interconnected, whether it's one day later or ten years. If you were found ineligible under section 6C1, you are permenently ineligilbe for any visa without a waiver.
