Suprise going away party ideas?

my best friend is going off to an art's school and my friends and i are throwing her a suprise going away party. any ideas for fun/memoir (either) type things to do?

Well, as a 'goodbye' gift, you should make some type of scrapbook or autograph book of all your memories and what not... present it to your friend at the party!! make sure to have address/ contact information exchanges... have little handouts of where your friend will be (address, phone #, and e-mail, etc.

- Arts + Crafts Party

Have lots of food, drinks and desserts that correspond with the theme!

You need to decorate, use pictures of memories. Have your guests bring cameras (digital or disposable) to keep their own memories...

Don't make people dress to fancy, it should be fun!

Dollar tree and Walmart has LOTS of inexpensive party decor that will work nicely! So does Party city, but that is very spendy!
