Suprise party for a friend??

Question

me and my friend were thinking about having a suprise 14th birthday for our best friend. My friend was thinking about having it at this like teen club but we would have to help pay for it and well im not sure that i want too. but we want to have a party for here. here birthday is in september, the 22nd to be exact so it would be probally nice enough to be outside. should we have it at one of our houses? do you have any ideas? also we wanted to have it wear we would wear like dresses and people would dress up.

I think if you made you house into a club! Put flashlights on a ceiling fan lol discoball! Put in your friend fave cd invite guys and girls and tell them its a formal party. (Dress fancy) Get some good food! decorate! um, I think you friend would be happy if you threw her a party even if it wasn't a big bash or anything! Hey nvm about the flashlight thing that was a stupid idea lol but you could test it if you want i've never tried it!lol i think ill go do that now i hope this helps! idk if it did though
