Suprise party...helpppp?

in august me and 3 of my close girlfriends are going to florida for a week..it just so happens that we go from august 22-28 and my best friend of 9 years birthday is sept 4 so we are less then a week away from her 21st bday. me and 1 of the other girls going wants to do something since we will all be away at school for her actual birthday...all we can think of is blowing up balloons and decorating the hotel room but we want to do something really special for her...any ideas?

we're trying to figure out good ways to distract her and get the room set up for her... decoration or decoy ideas are welcome.. actually any ideas would be great...thanks guys :)

Send her to a spa with one of the friends. Tell her its her gift from you. Then set up the room.A stripper is always fun
