  1. I wave to everyone, even the scooters.  Grow up and have fun.  A hardly doesn't make you a bad a$$ no matter how much you have always dreamed of becoming one.  Your still the same guy you were before you got the bike.  I am beginning to wonder if it is envy that causes all of these questions, but I doubt it.  Harley marketing maybe, lord knows they have to be good at something.

  2. What is wrong with a Japanese bike,  h**l anymore they are of a better quality and have more power the the HDs...for half the money...you don't get a better bike anymore with HDs...the only thing you get is the name...and that is not worth and extra 10 grand to me....however, I do understand the history and all of that behind the bike and someday I would like to own one, but for know, I will continue to ride my "j*p imposter" and I will enjoy riding just as much for half the money.

  3. what i don't get is with all the old people who can't see us and pulling out in front of us, the kids texting while they drive and running us off the road, the cops who pull us over for every little thing and big brother trying to govern our riding, why people like you try to drive wedges between our riding community instead of sticking together. united we ride, divided we don't.

  4. Its fun to watch them try to take their wave back when they realize I'm on a  Honda.

Tomcotex is right.  We should suck up so everyone will like us.

  5. lmao

i wave at cruisers... doesn't matter what breed they are

    i wave a sportbikes i know

    i even wave a scooters i know

i way at any cruiser i dont know

the snobbiest of them all are sportbikes and goldwings

  6. not everybodys gonna wave i had a guy  wave the other day and was clearly on the othersise of the highway ~ when you pass a biker gang dont expect a wave ~

  7. hmmm, lets just try to be objective here.

j*p bikes have better performance and quality for much cheaper. Just what is on the HD seat that gets stuck up your a**? Can it be removed?

I've ridden my j*p bike every day for 2+ years, rain & snow.

    Who is the real "biker?"

c'mon, this is exactly why you guys get a bad rap.

  8. I have said many times the HEY LOOK AT ME thing has long past if i get a wave from a pick up truck  I will wave back

Why do they consider this an inner cult or some s-it

like that mean old Harley rider didnt wave at me Boo Hoo Hoo My widdy feelings is hurt

Rem my story about the roadside dinner That really is a true story

  9. I wave or nod at them all. I cannot afford to be snobbish, we have friends that ride everything under the son, an uncle that has had his Gold wing featured in several motorcycle magazines, and the fact that each person has a type of bike they like and since i am not paying their bills, let them enjoy their ride.

As for others waving back, I must live in a very friendly area. everyone nods or waves or acts considerate to one another, well mostly, the youngsters on the crotch rockets leave a little to be desired in the area of manners.

  10. that is news to me... thought we waved at all bikers.....

  11. i've noticed the opposite, wingers will wave at everybody...

  12. I'll wave to anyone.  It doesn't matter to me what they ride.  Just as long as they ride.

I don't care what they ride.  I don't make their bike payments.  They don't make my payments.  So who cares.

  13. A bike's a bike by virtue of not being a car.

  14. You, and many others like you are atypical American, think you are the best of all, know it all, and should have the final say on everything.  Your type is the main reason so many nations hate our guts today.  OK, Harleys are, today, good motorcycles. The best???? That depends on ones wants and needs.  There are many great motorcycles built today, and in the past few years. The Harleys have made great improvements in reliability.  They are still old, but proven technology.  They can not compete with the modern machines in performance, handling, etc, but are more capable than most of the chaps riding them.   I also get tired of hearing about Harleys long rien, and comparing them to Foreign bike of over 30 years back.  There were no foreign bikes to compare to the Harleys until 1969, the 750 Honda was the rirst bike that would be in the same league, as far as reliability, and it beat the Harley badly.  Then the Kaw Z1 in 1973, it turned the motorcylce world around,  They still run good, many never been opened up still. 100 thousand and more miles, still going.   A Harley of that day was good for 40K miles max.  Then a lower end, maybe head work before that.

So, don't feel so great, you are so dumb you do not even know you are dumb.  Accept all who ride as equal, as long as they have their heads on straight, To not wave to a chap because he does not have a Harley is conceit and arragronce beyond belief.

You clowns brag about the Harley Pro stock bikes.  Look at one, then at a same "model" Harley.  Hardly a piece of the race bike is stock Harley, they are hand built one off specials.   If Suzuki or Kawasaki did this,  guess where the 'Hardleys" would be.

    Tomcotexas.

  15. I wave to everyone & say I receive one back about 90% of the time.  I dont really care what the person in on....they wave back...GREAT....they dont......F EM.
