Surf Shops Los angeles??

Hi There,

Im flying to fiji and have a 9 hrs stopover in LA and would like to buy a surfboard there as england is very expensive and has limited choice. Was wondering where to find a good surf shop with a wide selection of boards??? --not too far away as i have to get back for the connecting flight.

If you know what you want you may be able to work out a deal to get a custom board shaped and delivered to LAX for you.  Maybe check out the online yellow pages for LA for shapers or troll around Swaylocks.com.

You'll probably want to check with the airline to see if they will let you check new baggage during your layover.

These are the closest. Shouldn't take you more then 10 15 minutes to get to these places from LAX.

Santa Monica is closer than Huntington beach try over there I am sure there are Surf shops there.!

in la i don't think there is one la you gotta go to huntington or seal beach. huntington is on beach street man. hope you gotta map. you ought to surf it up in surf city dude.
