I use it all the time to check the surf in my area- the cams are always posted so you have live videos of the surf- I'm sure that if you browse the site a bit you can find exactly what you're looking for. I watch the surf on there every morning and evening to see how the surf's gonna be at my favorite breaks... definately recommend the site!!!

low tide is at 10:19 am (-0.8). cowell's is best at low tide although the lane and pleasure point should still alright around that time of day. today at steamer lane it was about 4 foot, shoulder high/head high sets
