Surfboard size?

Question

I'm a novice/ intermediate surfer who probably surfs at least once a week in the summer. I am about 5'8" and 145 lbs. I'm thinking about buying a 6'0...Lost whiplash, but I don't know if its the right size. Any thoughts?

Yeah i would definitly get that size, My cousin is almost pro, hes that tall and weighs a little bit less, and he has the same size, he loves it and he is amazing on it

id say get a mini mal around 8ft.

surf till u can easily stand up, and can actually move around.

then sell it on ebay or to a mate and buy urself a shortboard

Well if your still novice/intermediate i would suggest something a little bigger. It also depends on what size board you're riding now. If your riding something around a 6'5" then thats sounds like a good size. If you've been riding a long board you should probably get something in the 6'5"-7'0" range

that size seems right if your intermediate but if you really want to shred get about a 5'8''.
