Surfer's need your help.?

Question

Ive been making friends with some surfer's over the last two months.

im having them over later,Before we head down to the beach.

would like to give them something to eat,

This probably sounds stupid but what do surfer's like to eat.

Yes but they do seem to like to be different to anyone elts,

They've been teaching me to surfe.and im loving it .Where i come from in the US,Im no were near the sea.

They're a colourful bunch of guy's but are sometime's in a world of their own..please im not into the jargon...help!!!

Be honest with them when it comes to the jargon... I'm a windsurfer and don't care much for the jargon, but it's something you can't fake or wing it!

Food wise... We like food... yes! Beach food is always a big hit... BBQ..? I like tocome off the water to a great big dirty sandwich in a baget, with everything in... Subway style! Good luck!

I live in florida and surf as much as I can. Normally I eat a lot of carbs before I surf, as well as fresh fruits to keep my energy levels up. Afterward you can pretty much eat anything as your body will burn it off from all the surfing you've done.  I hope this helped, but I guess the easiest way to find out what they like to eat is just ask them.
