Surfing Lessons in Northern California?

Can anyone recommend where to take surfing lessons in Nor Cal? I'm considering Club Ed and Adventure Out. Anyone with experience with either of these? Any other places?

  2. dont no how far u live in n cal, are u talking about eureka or san francisco. all i no is when i lived there, whenever someone was gonna go surfing, they would go down to santa cruz. i heard its sick there.
