  1. That is not a question, and may I ask you a REAL question? Do you know how to hit the shift key on your keyboard? That is the only board you need to care about.

  2. Go rent a longboard, around 8 feet, to learn how to surf. Then when you get the hang of it start thinking about what is working and not working forr you in the water. Is the board too much to handle, too much float, etc.

  3. If you don't know where to begin then maybe you aren't ready to buy a board yet.  Also, you might find a better deal on a board at shops a little farther south as there are more tourists there.  Try Ocean Outfitters in Wildwood.  They are honest qnd will give you the right size for your abiiity.

  4. im going there this summer!! if u live by the boardwalks ur lucky:

  5. I do not know your area, but I would recommend a "fun board" to start surfing.

A fun board is in between a short board and a long board-usually around 6.5 to 7.5 feet in length and thick enough to give you decent flotation.

Short boards are going to be too hyper for a beginner and a long board is a whole different riding style.
