  1. daytona doesnt have surfing waves but they have nice ones for boogie boarding/body surfing. theyre like 5-6 feet high probly

  2. florida sucks at waves if your looking for good waves on the east coast go to New Jeresy.

  3. Without a doubt probably the most consistent spot in Florida is Sebastien Inlet.  Other than that you have hundreds of miles of beach break to choose from.

  4. Starting with the best:

    Sebastian Inlet

    Cocoa Beach

    New Smyrna

    St. Augustine

  5. Florida has some great surf spots. Even if Californians like to lay claim to the only good surf in the US, Kelly Slater is a Cocoa Beach native, and he learned to surf in the Atlantic! Central and northern Florida have great surf-able breaks, unfortunately south Florida is mostly surf-less, unless there a hurricane coming. The Bahamas break up the Atlantic swell, and surfing is limited. Juno Beach and Jupiter Beach both have respectable breaks, but south of there, it is almost as bad as the Gulf coast.
