Surfing in Romania?

Question

Is there any place to surf in Romania? At Constanta and the Black Sea is it good for surfing (surf board, not kite surfing or anything else).

No. Sorry about that, but there just isn't any surf there (except in the face of some monster winter storm, that would render surfing impossible.
