  1. Skateboard and Snowboard a lot.

  2. I live in Sacramento and I am also 14 and My mom lives in San Diego. I fly down so I don't need to worry about having a way to surf, but explain to your parents how much of a passion you have for surfing. They will understand. Trust me, it's what got my rents to buy me a longboard. By the way if you need any more help email me at tomboysam16@yahoo.com

  3. Dream kid, dream.......

  4. look innocent and tell them its the only thing youve been dreaming to do!! (since u were 5 yrs old) lol. seriously

  5. You can hang out at:

    http://www.surfandskate.com/

With little cash, no car, and without parental consent for you to travel from Sacramento to the shore at 14, you're stuck. At 15 get a job and save all your cash for videos and surf camp. They still may not let you travel that far at 15. I wish you luck.

  6. Try getting a job at a surf & skate shop; enjoy the atmosphere & perks ( usually surf vids on the screen all day, while you work) learn a few things, and save your money so you could later go to a surf camp, and save towards your own ride. :)
