Surfing near miami?

I wanted to know where can I surf in miami, wich beach is the best for surfing near miami, maximun 45min from here, and when will it be the best season in here

About a hundred miles north of wherever you are thinking about. Those things called the Bahamas mess up the swell in most of south Florida. You can go off the jetty at Dodge Island when the cruise ships leave on Saturdays, and get a really cool ride in a huge wake. Lots of guys do it.



That's not to say that there aren't some really great spots to surf on the Atlantic coast of Florida, but you have to head north. Once you get up to Jupiter or Juno, you have some pretty good spots, when they are on. But, any further south in Florida, if the waves aren't being chased by a storm with a name, they just aren't there.
