Surfing??????windsurfin . .....?

hey im 13! but i was windsurfing and wen i was doin it i fell on da sail and got my foot stuck between the board and sail and ten wen i pulled myself up a big wave came and i fell of and hit my back off the board and the ground..i was put on a stretcher and c**p.will i be okay???plz help.
