I have a question of heart transplant

The healthy person heart and the bad heart and the bad heart is waiting for the transplant, than the heart got swapped, and the healthy person got the other heart. Will the healthy person be in danger? If is in danger please explain why if it's not please explain why.

The person with the healthy heart does not get another heart. Most organs are only taken from those who've passed away.

Kidneys can be taken from those still alive, as you only require one to live. All other organ transplants involve those who have passed away.
