Guyana, Brazil, and French Guiana (France).  The borders are all formed along rivers.  You can see the names of theses rivers at the link below.  Its from the CIA world fact book.  This is probably the best geography resource availabe.

Suriname is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean to the north, French Guiana to the east (a river border), Brazil to the south (a land border), and  Guyana to the west (a river border).

Brazil, Guyana and French Guiana. Its interesting to know that most South Americans know nothing about these countries- what languages they speak, how to get there, the culture, etc. The only flight in South America that go to Suriname leave from Venezuela and cost a fortune, because its a once a week service.
