Suround sound okay help please ?

i bought a surround sound and the cords you know the ones with the yellow, white, red connection anyways the red and white are the ones i have to use to connect the subhwoofer to the tv but i have no connection for that kind of cords only for cable anyways i have a little box where you can connect the white and red cords will that be okay and when i did that it still did not work please help me please the box is called a rf modulator please help me please

  1. I can't fully grasp your problem. You should at least wrote the model and make of your surround sound receiver.

    All I can tell you is your chord. The yellow is for video. Connect one end to the "video in" in your receiver and the other end connect it to the "video out" on the player(cd,dvd, etc). The red is for right audio, and white is for left audio. Connect one end to the "audio in" of the receiver and the audio out of the player.

    You do not connect the subwoofer to the TV but connect it to the "sub out" located in the receiver.

    I don't know what is the connection of the RF modulator to your surround set up. But what I know is RF modulator converts the video and stereo audio from any A/V component, and most video game decks, into a coaxial cable output. I don't know what kind of RF modulator you have so I can;t help you on that. Try to give as many data for us to understand your problem Data like models, makes, type, etc.
