Surplus/camping stores in Edmonton?

Need the names of any good stores. Yeah, I'm going to MEC, but I'm particularly interested in places that sell emergency rations that will keep OK for several years.

There are a few good comping supply stores in Edmonton, all of which I believe sell emergency food supples.
