Surprise birthday for my best friend help!?

my best friend's birthday is coming up and i would really love to surprise him. he lives in holland and i live in england and im thinking of going over and surprising him. i was thinking of hiding in one of those big cake things and just popping out. i know its chessy, but i think it would really make him laugh and something for him to remember as he is turning 18. does anyone have any ideas where i can get those kind of things? it will help alot x*x

oh yeah almost forgot get those New Years Poppers with confetti and give it to each guest so when he walks in he is in shock
