Surprise birthday party!!!?

im 15 years old, and i want to throw my 12 year old sister a suprise birthday party. i want to envite like 4 or 5 of her friends. im going to have a fire and roast hotdogs. what else could i do? any games? ideas??

Rent a couple of movies.  Maybe OLD black and white like Godzilla or Day of the Triffids.  What does she like to watch?  Serve popcorn and candy with the hotdogs - perfect movie food.  

Did you ever see Mystery Theater 3000 where the aliens are in silhouette in front of the grade D sci-fi movie and made fun of it the whole time?  The party-goers should comment on the lame monsters in the movie and make up their own dialogue.  Pause the movie and make up different dialogue or what happens in the next scene.
