Surprise goodbye party...?

my friend is leaving to america soon and me and two other friends want to throw a surprise party at her house in the morning when she wakes up. after that, we'll be going to an amusement park. What materials do we need? i know we need a cake, some balloons and a graffitti that says "surprise" but anything else? and where can we buy helium balloons?(i live in korea) please help!!! thankz~
