Surprise party help please?

One of my best friend's birrthday is in a couple of weeks and my friends and i have decided to throw her a surprise party. We know of the perfect decorations and the location already, but we're having a little trouble in deciding who to invite. She's pretty reserved and doesn't really mention people to me. i just want to invite people she will feel comfortable around. But here's the catch: She soesn't like a group pf guys, but one of them is also my best friend. So if i don't invite them, he'll feel bad. HELP?!

Make it a really small gathering and just tell your friend you didn't want to overwhelm her.

How old is she? Invite exactly one person per year of life. If she's 15, then invite 15 friends. Tell her each person represents a year of her life.

It's her party. Invite those she's comfortable with. Your friends don't count. If they can't understand that, then they're not good friends and supporting you.
