Surprising NFL Team in 2009?

Who is going to be a great team this year despite having an okay or bad season last year?

Are you looking for a team that will do good this year that did bad last?  Because that's the Rams.  They should've done a lot better than what they did last year.  Steven Jackson is a stud and they've still got a great offense.  I think they'll take out the Seahawks in the NFC West.

This year is 2008 and i think the surprising team will be the Saints ( Not really a surprise, but they'll improve a lot form last year ) and also Cardinals and Eagles, both teams might have a chance to get to the playoffs.

I agree with the first answer, I will pick the Panthers.  They didn't do too well last year, or the past few years for that matter.  The fact is that their injuries have handicapped their ability to make big plays.  They finally have their QB back from injury and their defensive line is now healthy.  That defensive line that they had from 2003-2004 I believe will be feared once again.  They still have John Fox at the helm who can dial up some great defensive plays.  I predict they will make the wild card round at 10-6.  I think that once they get back in the rhythm they will back back in their old form.

the dolphins are going to become a good team again not a great team but good and they might be playoff contenders and let's remember about last year i think they want revenge on all those teams that destroyed them

I say the Eagles. I like McNabb as a quarterback a lot. If they can get a big time WR then they have a chance at a wild card and maybe even the division.
