Question:

Surprising wife and taking her on a cruise this weekend need HELP!?

This will be our first cruise and want to make sure I pick a good ship. I ran across this one Imperial Majesty Cruise Line-Regal Empress. It is the only one that sails this weekend for us, does anyone have any experenice with them or can someone show me another cruise line that I can get at the last minute like this one. Thanks for any advice.

Someone just posted a question this past week regarding what they could do about the deplorable conditions on this ship.  They walked on the ship, saw how awful it was and walked off, then wanted a refund.

I do a lot of reading about cruises, and have been on several.  I've seen a lot of complaints about this cruise line.  You could go to CruiseCritic.com and click on either "Boards" or "Reviews" [especially "Member Reviews"] and see what experienced cruisers think.

BTW - On the mainstream cruise lines you cannot just "walk on" the day of the cruise, due to security concerns.  Don't know whether the cruise you're talking about has the same security clearance requirements, but if they don't, I'd be leery based on that alone!

Try carnival.

They HAVE ALOT of Weekend cruises and 5-18 day cruises that sail of of flordia and Texas and LA and South Carolina and New orleans!

Check carnival they are cheap on cruises and Are just Alot More Amazing!

Do not go on this ship. They are ripoffs and the ship is filthy. They get an F rating from people who know. Go with the more reputable companies like Carnival, Princess, Or Royal Caribbean. Read about this ship right here on Yahoo as just a couple of days ago someone tried to get their money back because they walked on the ship, then off it was so bad. remember you get what you pay for.
