Surrogacy... My husband is in the Airforce so I have tricare Insurance,?

I know they are tying to pass a bill to enable all coverage for a surrogacy pregnancy. As of right now it hasnt been passed so dose that mean I will get covered for my prenantal, labor and delivery still ... please help

  1. If your husband is in the armed forces yes.. i think what they are trying to get covered under tricare is if the surrogate mother isnt covered by tricare but the couple wanting to have the baby are military they are trying to get passed that the surrogate mother can be covered under the couples insurance since the unborn child is considered a dependent .. but because ur a dependent u should be covered no matter what .. they dont need to be made aware that ur giving the child to the family ur being a surrogate for.
