Surround sound DAC? does one exist?

Question

I need a simple way to convert an optical digital sound feed into separate analogue RCA outputs ready to plug into an amplifier.... mainly for the center speaker but it will inherently be also for front and rear speakers I expect.

I don't need a full-size surround receiver, I just want the digital to analogue conversion part without amplification so I can feed it into an existing amplifier.
