Survey: Can anyone get a handicapped parking tag?

It seems like all these people pull into the stall for handicapped and hop right out and run into the store. nothing is wrong with these people...if your mentally handicapped does it count?

You have to convince someone without a medical degree that you are handicapped....I think they forget that psych disorders don't count!  

My good friend is a para and it drives me crazy when we see people like that and we have to park in the back of the lot because all the handicap spots are taken!

Get really obese and get your GP to give you a handicap parking tag, that way you don't have to walk as far to mc.donalds.

I know a girl who applied and received handicapped tags because she was born without an index finger !
